Wax coated denim is a trend that's been happening for a few seasons, and with all the fabulous leather pieces being offered by almost every major designer, wax is going to be sticking around.

My favorite thing about coated items (we currently have an amazing moto style jacket in store now) is the comfort factor. I'm madly in love with leather of course, but a good waxed denim makes it easier to dress down the 'leather' look.

A leather jacket is an easy item to pair with coated denim. I do like that my jacket by Kelly Wearstler is a bubbled lamb, giving texture to a leather on leather look.
You can easily dress up with heels and a blouse, but I like to dress down my coated denim just as much! Current Elliott marble dyed T.
If you've been on the fence about leather pants, a great pair of wax coated denim is a great way to dip your toe in the water!
