I've had this Mexican fiesta dress for years and love wearing it when I feel like standing out of the crowd of current trends (which I also love of course but some days you just want to mix it up ya know?!)  Tip: Always match vintage pieces with a modern piece, for me it was my new Rag & Bone peep toe booties- this will keep you from looking like you're dressing for a theme party!

A cowhide rug is on my WISH list, have you noticed this trend for your home EVERYWHERE?!  I have in both rugs and pillows, and I'm dying to add this look to my home.

Q&A: Splurge or Save?

It is my job, as your stylist, to steer you in the right directions.  All your wondering, pondering, and time spent on decision making is what I should be doing to make your shopping life easier!  

Enter the age old question: Should I splurge on the pricey item? Or try to find something similar for less?

Case in point, and the way I would direct you:

Splurge $195

I am a lover of all things designer don't get me wrong, but in this case I would advise my client to SAVE all the way.  Yes, like all things, there is a difference in material, cut, and all over quality in a garment.  And if you have specific allergies or body shape, that may make your decision fall a different way.  However, if you want a fantastic looking piece, a quick nod to a trend, then you want to SAVE here.  If you are investing in a Little Black Dress, that's another story.

Brunching on a Sunday in comfy boyfriend denim and the ONLY heels I will wear when I'm dressing with comfort in mind.  The new Wyatt peep toe booties by Rag&Bone have a 4inch stacked heel and are as close to walking on clouds as heels get.

We had a phenomenal time in St. Lucia at Stonefield Villas and would absolutely recommend anyone to go.  If you're an adventure seeker you'll be happy to hike trails, explore sulfer springs, and waterfalls.  If you're a beach goer there are some stunning beaches, we loved the quaintness of Sugar beach, as well as it's view of the pitons and off beach snorkeling.
